Low Priority

  • Requests for Hardware or Software.

  • Effecting one or more users where work is not impaired.

  • Effecting one user whereby their ability to work is impaired but they are still able to work.

Medium Priority

  • Effecting multiple users whereby their ability to work is impaired but they are still able to work.

  • Effecting one user whereby they are unable to continue working at all.

High Priority

  • Effecting one user whereby they are unable to continue working at all.

Urgent Priority

  • Effecting multiple users whereby they are unable to continue working at all.

We are in the process of making some changes to our helpdesk portal and the way in which customers log tickets.
